This was the first time I visited Dr. Olivera. During the appointment I was asked a number of questions that really made me feel as though he wanted to get to know me. I felt safe, heard, and cared for. Something that stood out was him telling me, \u201cnothing is stupid here\u201d. This was remarkable to me because for years I felt the opposite and finally felt heard. It was like taking my first gasp of fresh air. Dr Olivera is knowledgeable, patient, caring and SO good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone that needs extra care with their mental health. He takes his time, gets to know you and makes a very well thought out plan from the information given and from his experience.
