Felt Safe and Heard
This was the first time I visited Dr. Olivera. During the appointment I was asked a number of questions that really made me feel as though he wanted to get to know me. I felt safe, heard, and cared for. Something that stood out was him telling me, “nothing is stupid here”. This was remarkable to me because for years I felt the opposite and finally felt heard. Dr Olivera is knowledgeable, patient, caring and SO good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone that needs extra care with their mental health.
